Enterprise Technology is looking for a Sr. Program Manager that will work closely with executive leadership to design, execute and operate a turn-key and scalable archival solution to securely archive and retrieve data as a part of the decommissioning process.
The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for the creation of the overall program schedule, and driving the archival pojects to support a range of complex use cases. The ability to partner with technical partners and executive leaders to understand their unique archival needs and intake these requirements into the overall archival program is critical.
The Sr. Program Manager will plan, execute, and deliver all phases of the program on time, in budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. The Sr. Program Manager will be accountable for tracking and reporting on the overall program schedule, driving issue mitigations, executive escalations, as well as carrying out the communication plan in support of change management as appropriate.
A successful candidate will have critical thinking skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to help steer strategy based on data.
Experience driving cloud storage programs highly desired.

  • Defines and create overall program schedule and roadmap
  • Confirm scope and deliverables for individual archiving projects
  • Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value
  • Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria
  • Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of project
  • Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered
  • Proactively manage change in project scope, identify issues, and devise contingency plans
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Conduct meetings with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization to validate understanding of business goals and effectively communicate the business strategy
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define the project objective and goals, detailed scope, approach, resource requirements, risks and communications strategy;
  • Align rollout strategy across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Lead effective status meetings that communicate overall project status and define actions required to keep project within scope, schedule and budget.
  • Publish weekly status reports that provide project progress reports to project team and stakeholders.
  • Excellent project and program management, organization, and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent facilitation, collaboration, organizational, leadership and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
  • Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods
  • Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment
  • Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of forecasting, modeling, and scenario development tools and techniques
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a project manager of enterprise-wide software implementations in complex and large corporate environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • 8+ years of experience working with technical applications and/or information systems, or equivalent, including 5+ years in managing information technology projects, or equivalent
  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred
  • More than six years of experience managing various kinds of projects
Required Education:
BS or equivalent
