6+ month contract


Description:
The Global Information Security (GIS) group provides services and solutions to protect the value and use of information through risk evaluation, collaboration, standardization, enforcement, and education across the enterprise.
, we follow an ongoing, iterative process, including continued reevaluation of our services over time to address emerging threats as well as changes in business and technology. This process includes:
1. Analysis of known and emerging threats to determine risks against assets
2. Creation, maintenance, governance and communication of security policies and standards across the company
3. Assessment and audit of compliance against the security policies and standards
4. Assurance that assets are effectively managed and monitored to meet security criteria

The main focus of the IAM Project Manager is to provide project management oversight of the Attestation Project related to Access controls within the enterprise. The IAM Project Manager will also help managing additional enterprise IAM initiatives in support of product development, adoption, and revolution.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Identify and document the Attestation project scope including onboarding of the new service and the retirement of the old service.
  • Identify and document for approval on the success factors for the IAM Projects
  • Define RCI for cross-functional teams and obtain agreement with all function providers on the RACI matrix
  • Build a comprehensive project plan including milestones and associated timeline
  • Create and execute Communication Plan to keep application owners informed of project status, project schedule, and feature changes of the Attestation and Access Service throughout the project
  • Create a change management plan to manage the change process in order to minimize the impact a change can have on the schedule, scope, and stakeholders for the Attestation and Access Service Project
  • Track risks and issues as well as provide mitigations for risks and resolutions for issues throughout the project
  • Provide weekly Project Status Reports to IAM management team and stakeholders identifying task completed, schedule, top 3 risks, and top 3 issues
  • Provide monthly project reports listing project status, accomplishments, upcoming activities, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to the Global Information Security Project Management Office
  • Track development team’s progress to ensure on-time delivery of each release
  • Deliver Privilege Access Process and User Access Review Process documents
  • Deliver a set of end user "How To Guides " including Privileged Access and User Access Reviews prior to Attestation and Access Project go-live
  • Deliver an application migration plan to migrate/retire features and components from the Legacy Attestation and Access service to the New Attestation and Access Service
  • Deliver a set of operations documents including Operation Transition Plan, Operation Triage Procedure Documents, Operation Run-Books, and ServiceNow Knowledge Articles prior to the Attestation and Access project go-live
  • Create training plan and provide support for customer service team and end user training activities on Attestation and Access’s Privilege Access and User Access Review
  • Provide monthly Attestation and Access dashboard including key performance indicators ( "KPI ")to measure the benefit realizations based on the defined success factors specified
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in technology organizations with minimum 3 years of success in delivering projects and other initiatives
  • 5+ years of experiences in project management
  • 3+ years of experiences in managing projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
