Description:
This role is part of the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) organization. Our mission is to provide business technology solutions for the enterprise that empower growth, and enhance value across brands, geographies and organizations.
The Architecture Advisory Group (AAG) is part of the EBS organization. The AAG is a team of Principal Architects who provide architectural services across the whole EBS organization. We create re-usable artifacts such as reference architectures and patterns and we evangelize architectural best practices to the organization. We also provide peer-to-peer advisory services to the EBS project teams. Finally, the AAG reviews all project requests and architecture strategies to ensure adherence to best practices.
The Project Coordinator will be part of the AAG team. The Project Coordinator will coordinate AAG activities and handle AAG communications and web site content. The coordination includes internal AAG artifact work as well as AAG interactions with the EBS project teams. The position will manage the intake of requests for AAG services and work with the EBD project managers to ensure that AAG reviews occur at the desired project life cycle checkpoints. The position will schedule and manage AAG related meetings and take notes, capture, assign, track and follow up on action items. The position will also update the AAG web site content, organize and manage the online repository, create web surveys and handle email and newsletter communications.

Basic Qualifications:
In this role, the Project Coordinator will perform a variety of duties including scheduling, tracking, communications and web content updates. This includes ensuring that the internal AAG members and external project teams adhere to their AAG related deliverables and activities. The ideal candidate will have IT experience, be a critical thinker and be able to manage multiple requests concurrently. The position will report into the AAG Leader.

Responsibilities:
• Proficiency in MS Teams/SharePoint, MS Office 365, MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Visio and Power BI is a plus
• Proficient with scheduling meetings in Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with managing web content and communications
• Oversee AAG calendar
• Schedule and manage AAG internal meetings and project review sessions, take notes, assign and track action items
• Track internal AAG activities as well as AAG related project team deliverables
• Follow up with project teams to sure that AAG related deliverable dates are adhered to
• Handle intake requests for AAG support of project teams
• Interface with internal AAG team members as well as project managers, architects and delivery leads on the project teams
• Identify optimization. streamlining and automation opportunities for the AAG processes and activities
• Escalate risks with respect to AAG project dependencies as they are encountered
• Organize the AAG web site and perform content updates. This includes managing the AAG repository content
• Handle AAG communications with the EBS organization. This may include emails, newsletters and web surveys

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent facilitation, collaboration, organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to be persistent and ensure that project teams with multiple priorities are able to address their required deliverables to the AAG
• Strong ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
• Knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods
• Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must work well in and among teams
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively
• Superior attention to detail and understanding how those details relate to the project objectives
• Demonstrated organizational skills
