Description:
The Guest Experience (Client) Zinger Team supports Guest facing content surfacing on the Parks & Resorts Websites and Mobile Apps. Zinger is accountable for the successful daily operation of the sites and apps during all hours (including nights, weekends and holidays when scheduled for on-call duty, or when emergent need arises). Zinger resources must aid in estimating the necessary funding and level of effort for minor to large operations efforts and enhancements, make recommendations for best execution options, interact with business partners, product owners, and creative and technology team members to quickly turn around requests for changes involving all Guest Experience Platforms. Including but not limited to, D-Scribe (CMS) and Media Beacon (DAM). Requests can range from configuration updates to troubleshooting issues on the websites to preparing documentation and tracking of KPI. The work occurs under the direction of Technology and Production, as well as working under direction of Product Managers for content and e-commerce website strategy best practices.

Daily activities include acting as a liaison for the content producer team and the technical teams. Develops the technical specifications for the site. Plans and reviews site architecture for new website products and features. Troubleshoots, tests and helps oversee the launch of new products. Provides documentation and training to sustainment teams. Coordinates among cross functional groups to identify challenges and recommend and implement solutions. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field such as Content Management Systems, HTML, web and mobile platforms. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work ensuring requests are completed in a timely manner, working in priority order as determined by Agile methodology, communicating status and roadblocks in daily scrum, interacting with business partners, application vendors, and all internal departments including the ability to communicate effectively with resources of all levels, from entry level interns to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
Lead and direct technology solutions through all phases of the project. Must be able to manage all efforts required to remain within the bounds of schedule and budget with the ultimate objective of proactively maintaining a high level of user satisfaction throughout the project. Demonstrates experience in managing projects of various sizes, complexity and types (e.g., application development, outsources services). Can execute Software Development Methodology and techniques as developed and governed by our internal Project Management office. Proactively fosters an environment of collaboration among teams and provides day-to-day direction for team resources. This includes all aspects of systems implementation from requirements gathering, analysis and design, configuration and test, through deployment and support of various system applications including developing detailed work plans, assigning responsibilities, organizing inter- and intra-departmental activities, conducting project meetings, providing project tracking details and project analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
Content Management Application experience, especially SDL Tridion

Required Education:
Bachelors or Equiv Exp.
