Tamara L. Giaimo, Chief Executive Officer founded Software Resources on November 17, 1992. After Tammy earned a B.A. Degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida in 1987, she gained invaluable industry experience in IT Staffing. Under Tammy’s leadership, Software Resources has become a national market leader and provider of Information Technology, Creative (Web), Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources professional staffing and consulting services.  During a career spanning 24 years, Tammy has been deservedly recognized for her many achievements.  She received numerous awards and accolades for providing clients with exemplary service. Tammy has served on the Board of Directors since 1992 and has been the Chief Executive Officer since 1992.

 

John P. Giaimo, President earned a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business. John was with Motorola for 9 years holding positions in Engineering and Engineering Management, prior to joining Software Resources. John has been crucial in implementing new programs and services to better position Software Resources as a market leader. For example, John led the evaluation and implementation of a Cloud based Applicant Tracking and CRM System. This system provides Software Resources with access to the number one resume search engine on the market, and an extensive suite of products & tools for designed specifically for staffing.  Mr. Giaimo also led concurrent projects to move messaging and collaboration into the cloud, and managed the first major website upgrade since 2005. John was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors in 1999 and has served as President since 2003. 

Tracy L. Dickerhoff, Director of Operations manages the daily business activities for all Software Resources divisions and locations. Tracy is an astute business leader with expertise in business development, recruiting, delivery process management, human capital management, operations leadership, and coaching/mentoring recruiters and account managers. Mr. Dickerhoff has invested 17+ years in the staffing industry - holding positions from desk level producer through senior management roles - with large national firms and niche specialty resource providers. Tracy's received numerous awards and recognition during his career including multiple Top Producer honors, incentive trips, and branch/region performance recognition. He has a degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland University College.
