Service Guarantee
We stand behind our services with a superior guarantee. If, for any reason, the performance of a Software Resources temporary employee does not meet a clients expectations within five (5) days of placement, all charges for that individual will be waived and action will be taken to replace that individual within twenty-four (24) hours.
Secondly, if a Software Resources temporary employee leaves an assignment before completion *(It is Software Resources policy to provide at minimum a 2 week notice of termination), Software Resources will submit a replacement candidate with equally qualified skills at the same bill rate and Software Resources will not bill for the first week of the replacements assignment.
