The new and improved site provides many new state of the art features. For example, the site now provides both job seekers and existing and prospective clients a means to connect with our many service offerings. A job seeker can simply press a button labeled “Great Jobs” on any page and it will display all of our open positions nationally. Once the positions are displayed, a candidate can apply to any of our jobs. It’s that simple. For clients, they would press a button labeled “Client Talent Search” to search for qualified Software Resources candidates within our database. This enables our clients to review and short list candidates for their openings by entering key words specific to their opening. Once a short list is derived, a Software Resources recruiter would contact the candidate to schedule an interview. This feature places the strength of the search into the client’s hands and improves overall communications between Software Resources staff and the client. Furthermore, the search can be accomplished at any time.
