1992 - The Company founded by Tamara Giaimo, began providing IT temporary staffing for Fortune 500 clients in the Central Florida Marketplace and rapidly understood the effects of providing great service – we grew!
1998 - Software Resources heard their Candidates and Clients asking for increased levels of service and support – our President John Giaimo answered that call and led the company through the process of creating a customized, proprietary ATS and CRM package called Requisition Express (REX).
2000 - Software Resources Government Services Practice is created to support Information Services Consultants and Managed Services contracts with one of Florida’s largest and most technology savvy County Governments. Today Software Resources is still leading the way providing support to some of the largest County Governments in the US.
2003 - Software Resources opened a branch office in Los Angeles, California. This branch is currently our second largest office.
2006 – Software Resources continued to focus on our core principles and grew steadily through 2009 thanks to a strong 3 year plan and hard work and determination–these efforts ensured our ability to weather the harsh economic climates of 2008/2009.
2010/2011 – Software Resources once again recognized the need to upgrade back-office systems to keep pace with the accelerated pace of today’s business. President John Giaimo led the evaluation and implementation of a Cloud based ATS and CRM (SaaS) providing access to the number one resume search engine on the market, and an extensive suite of products & tools for staffing. Mr. Giaimo also led concurrent projects to move messaging and collaboration into the Cloud, and managed the first major website upgrade since 2005.
Software Resources client and consultant network continues to expand and includes support for locations such as: Florida, California, New York, Connecticut, NJ, Nevada, Washington State, Georgia, Utah, Colorado, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Ohio, Arkansas, and South Carolina.
